Apportionment is made for regional occupational centers and programs and adult education programs that provided education and training to prepare CalWORKs clients for entry-level employment, assisted employed clients receiving subsidies or supportive services to advance toward higher employment and self-sufficiency, and directed CalWORKs eligible clients into short-term education and training programs leading to employment.
