Take highway 99 to Merced. Take the V Street exit. Travel south to 13th Street (at the signal light). Proceed south to M Street. Turn right onto M Street. Turn right into the parking lot.
From the South
Take highway 99 to Merced. Take the Martin Luther King Way exit. Turn left under the freeway overpass. Turn right onto 13th Street (at the signal light) and proceed past K& Canal Streets to M Street. Turn left onto M Street and turn right to enter the parking lot.

Driving Directions
From the West (San Francisco/Bay Area)
Take I-80 East. As you approach Sacramento, I-80 and Business 80(Capitol City Freeway) split. Follow Business 80/Capital City Freeway East toward South Lake Tahoe. Take the Downtown Sacramento exit. You will come over the Tower Bridge and the Capitol is directly in front of you. Just after the bridge and the Embassy Suites, bear to your right and you will end up on N Street. Take N Street to 15th. CDE Headquarters is on the right at the corner of N and 15th.
From the North and the Airport
Take I-5 South. Exit at J Street in downtown Sacramento. You will be on a one-way street heading east. Stay on J Street to 15th Street. Turn right onto 15th. CDE Headquarters is on the right at the corner of N and 15th.
From the East (South Lake Tahoe area)
Take Highway 50 West to I-5 North. Exit at J Street in downtown Sacramento. You will be on a one-way street heading east. Stay on J Street to 15th Street. Turn right onto 15th. CDE Headquarters is on the right at the corner of N and 15th.
From the South
Take I-5 North. Exit at Q Street in downtown Sacramento. You will be on a one-way street heading east. Stay on Q Street to 14th Street. Turn left onto 14th. Take 14th to N Street. Turn right onto N Street. CDE Headquarters is on the right at the corner of N and 15th.
Parking
There are 2-hour parking spaces in front and on the east side of the CDE building. The cost is 25 cents for 12 minutes and the meters only take quarters. There is two hour parking with no meters on some of the streets close by also. There are 10-hour metered spaces on the backside of the CDE building, which is O Street. Sometimes you can get lucky, but you need quarters to feed the meter. Other 10-hour metered spaces are on the left side of P Street, west of 15th and around Fremont Park, which is located at P and Q between 15th and 16th Streets.
The closest parking garage is 1517 13th Street, which is 13th and P Streets. If you drive to the CDE building, turn right on 15 Street alongside the building, then right again on O Street (to look for that 10 hour space). Continue on O to 13th street and turn left. The parking garage should be on the left. There are approximately 80 roof top spaces that have been identified for CDE visitors. Hourly parking rates posted at entrance to garage.

Driving Directions
Take the 215 north, exit at University Parkway. Turn left, go to Hallmark Parkway and turn right. The office is located on the right hand side of the street directly across the street from the Post Office.
Parking
There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot north and south of the building. Some spots are marked reserved in the front of the office.
