All references to a Public Bid Opening on September 22, 2010 (tentative) should be changed to a Public Bid Opening on September 29, 2910. The Review of the Proposals, initially scheduled for Septembe 13-17, 2010 (tentative), has been changed to September 22-23, 2010. The Posting of the Intent to Award, initially schedueled for September 30-October 6, 2010 (tentative), has been changed to October 1, 2010-October 7, 2010 (tentative).
