FY 2017-18 California State Preschool Program QRIS Block Grant RFA
Note: Recipients and funding amounts are subject to budget and administrative adjustments.
Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Block Grant, Proposition 98 funds of $50 million. The QRIS Block Grant request for applications (RFA) will be allocated to local consortia for support of local early learning QRIS that increase the number of low-income children in high quality state preschool programs that prepare those children for success in school and life. The California State Superintendent of Public Instruction will base funding on the number of California State Preschool Program (CSPP) slots in the county or region.
