Performance Periods
This funding announcement will have two different performance periods:
- One period of performance will be February 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011. All FRR projects must be completed by June 30, 2011.
- The other performance period will be July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2013. All FRR projects must be completed by June 30, 2013.

In January 2010, the CDE will conduct two random draws if the CDE finds that the number of applications exceeds the available funding and to determine funding order:
- The first random draw will be for the ARRA FRR funds.
- The second random draw will be for the other FRR funds.
