Appeal Process
Appeals may be made only on the allegation of a procedural error on the part of the California Department of Education (CDE). Any letter of appeal must provide evidence that the CDE disqualification was in error, must have the original signature of the person authorized to sign the application, and must be received by 5 p.m., five days from the preliminary award posting.
Applicants that wish to appeal a decision must submit a letter of appeal to:

Release of a Second 2007-08 Request for Applications
The CDE will be releasing a second Request for Applications (RFA) for this five-year cycle. The tentative date of release of the RFA is Monday, April 14, 2008.
