Appeal Process
Appeals may be made only on the allegation of a procedural error on the part of the CDE. Any letter of appeal must provide evidence that the CDE disqualification was in error, must have the original signature of the person authorized to sign the application, and must be received by 5 p.m. five days from the preliminary award posting.
