The California Department of Education, Migrant Education Office, is pleased to announce the Migrant Education Site-Based School Readiness Grant Application for the fiscal year 2012–13.

The application contains the same content from previous applications except for the following: (1) change in format, (2) change in services methodology, and (3) additional questions on the measurable outcomes. The change in format is to emphasize site-based instruction for School Readiness students scheduled for the fiscal year 2012–13.

Upon completion of this application, submit the original and two copies to:
