The primary goal of the Enhancing Education Through Technology Competitive (EETT C) Round 8 grant program (2009 -2011) is to improve student achievement of the state content standards and technology literacy in grades four through eight with expanded access to technology, electronic resources, professional development, and enhanced communications.
