The primary goal of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Enhancing Education Through Technology Competitive (EETT C) grant program (2009 through 2011), as implemented in California, is to promote the acquisition, maintenance and use of data to improve college and career readiness or to improve the high school graduation rate.

Listing of LEAs eligible to apply for funding and the pre-determined amount of the grant funding possible for each applicant. Each applicant should submit a budget reflecting this amount. Applicants will compete for funding against LEAs in their region only.
