In section "III. Funding," first paragraph, replace:

Grants for 21st CCLC programs are available on a competitive basis through this RFA to serve elementary and middle/junior high school students. Applicants awarded a grant will receive a five-year grant allocated in annual increments. Each year’s funding will depend on the availability of federal funds and the CDE’s ability to expend the funds based on allocation through the California Budget Act.

2. Propose to replace an expiring grant. School sites that, in 2011-12, receive involuntary grant reductions, or voluntary grant reductions in lieu of involuntary reduction, will not be eligible for this priority (see EC Section 8483.7).
