For item A, replace "77" with "40."

In the first paragraph, replace "March 6, 2009" with "March 13, 2009."

II. GENERAL INFORMATION, B. Funding, 2. Tier 2
Following the second paragraph, insert:

"Applicants may substitute a proxy for a single grade a.d.a. that cannot be determined from the P-2 a.d.a. This proxy figure can be extrapolated by using the school's 2007-08 enrollment data. This data can be accessed through DataQuest."

Example:

"The enrollment of fourth grade students at Bell Elementary School is 30, fifth grade enrollment is 30, and sixth grade enrollment is 40. The total enrollment for grades four through six is 100 students (30+30+40=100). The percent of students in the sixth grade is 40 percent (40/100=0.40)."

"The grades four through six P-2 a.d.a. reported for Bell Elementary is 90 students. The proxy a.d.a. for grade six is calculated by multiplying the total P-2 a.d.a. for grades four through six (90) by the percent of sixth grade enrollment (40 percent). In this example, the proxy P-2 a.d.a. for grade six is 36 students (90x0.40=36)."

"This formula can be applied to any single grade or grouping of grades that cannot be determined by the P-2 a.d.a."
