Attendance

Principal apportionment (P-1) software used from fiscal year 2002-03 to 2011-12 by local educational agencies in reporting pupil attendance to the state and correspondence regarding attendance accounting.

Attendance Software

The Principal apportionment attendance software was for use by school districts and charter schools prior to the implementation of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Beginning fiscal year 2013-14 P-2, LEAs report pupil attendance, tax, and other data that are used to calculate funding for the LCFF and Special Education (AB 602) in the Principal Apportionment Data Collection Software.
