Principal Apportionment Data Collection Software Executable (EXE)
The Principal Apportionment Data Collection Software Version 2013-13.02 executable will eliminate the error received when importing data.

NOTE: Even though the name of the executable indicates v13.01, the new executable is actually v13.02. The name of the executable file was retained to prevent broken links.

Use the following steps to download the v13.02 executable:

1. Click on Principal Apportionment Data Collection Software Executable file to open up the file download dialog box.
2. When asked to open or save the file, select Save.
3. If you are using Windows XP, browse to C:\Program Files\Principal Apportionment Data Collection Software\2013-14\v13.01 and select Save. If you are using Windows 7, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Principal Apportionment Data Collection Software\2013-14\v13.01 and select Save. If you get a message stating the file is “Read Only” right click on the original padc2013v1301.exe file in your v13.01 folder, go to Properties and unchecked the “Read Only” box, then click Apply.
4. When asked to replace an existing file, select Yes.
