Discussion Items:
  1. 2014 State SARB Recommendations for Defined Indicators and Procedures in the Local Control and Accountability Plan
  2. 2014 Invitations of Participation in the State SARB
  3. Review of applications received for the Model SARB Recognition Program
  4. Review of curriculum for recognized training in the SARB process
  5. Review proposed amendment to California Education Code (EC) Section 48273 to collect additional SARB data for County SARB Reports
  6. Review proposed amendment to EC Section 48321 to make county SARBs mandatory and add representatives from the county district attorney's office
  7. Review proposed EC section requiring prosecuting authorities to notify referring authorities of the outcomes of truancy cases
  8. Review proposed EC section that would establish an annual elementary truancy report by the Attorney General's Office that would use attendance information provided by the California Department of Education and local educational agencies
