Local projects funded by grants for the ASSETs Program are required to submit annual evaluation data to the California Department of Education (CDE). This document identifies the information that CDE requests ASSETs Program grantees submit for the 2005-06 project year. CDE asks grantees to provide information about local implementation of the ASSETs Program, student participants, partners, and the level to which the grantee is working toward the goals set forth in its original application for ASSETs Program funding.
