The EETT Formula EOP report will be posted and available on our listserv. Please subscribe to our EETT Formula Grants Update listserv by simply sending a "blank" message to join-eett-formula@mlist.cde.ca.gov.
A completed EOP includes:
Date signed and original signature.
Confirmation to the following grant conditions:
- At least 25% of the total grant award was spent on teacher professional development related to using technology in the classroom. Insufficient amounts will be billed or deducted from the grant award.
- Grant funds were fully expended and/or obligated in accordance with the grant conditions and approved technology plan. Any unexpended funds or amounts reported as not spent in accordance with the grant conditions or approved technology plan will be billed or deducted from the grant award.
- Teachers participating in the professional development component of this grant must have completed an EdTechProfile Assessment.
