On Wednesday, February 13, 2008, Kathleen J. The testimony centered on the impact of school facilities on student performance, California's school facilities needs, the impact of school construction projects on the economy, and the role of the federal government in school facilities. the hearing also explored legislative proposals to build, modernize, and create energy-efficient school facilities.
