The Center for Collaborative Solutions (CCS) has developed and implemented a multi-year Healthy Behaviors Initiative to help after school programs improve the health of children and families in after school programs through improved nutrition, improved physical activity and increased food security. FRAC’s Afterschool Resource Center provides a variety of information including best practices, outreach materials, tools, and strategies to help afterschool providers and anti-hunger advocates get more healthy snacks and meals to children.
