This Management Bulletin (MB) notifies agencies participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) has issued a revision of FNS Instruction 796-2 regarding financial management of the CACFP. This Instruction can now be found in the Download Forms section of the Child Nutrition Information and Payment System (CNIPS) or you can download FNS Instruction 796-2, Revision 4 as an Adobe PDF from the USDA FNS Web site at http://www.fns.usda.gov/sites/default/files/796-2%20Rev%204.pdf.
