The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is now available on the
Internet at http://www.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/cfr-table-search.html (Note, the preceding Web address is no longer valid, and has been replaced with: http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/cgi/t/text/text-idx?c=ecfr&tpl=%2Findex.tpl).
Attached are instructions to access the most current citations. Federal regulations pertaining to School Nutrition Programs are Title 7, Part 210, National School Lunch Program; Part 215, Special Milk Program for Children; Part 220, School Breakfast Program; Part 245, Determining Eligibility for Free and Reduced Price Meals and Free Milk in Schools; and Part 3015, Uniform Federal Assistance for Grants and Cooperative Agreements.
The CFR is updated once a year; however, to ensure that the CFR contains the most current citation, you should also access the Federal Register using the above Internet address. The Federal Register is used to provide notice of updates, amendments, or revisions to the CFR. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) maintains the Federal Register.
