Subject: Report to the Legislature: Clearinghouse for Multilingual Documents,Fiscal Year 2009–10

I am submitting the enclosed report, Clearinghouse for Multilingual Documents,Fiscal Year 2009–10, as required by 2009 Budget Act Item Number 6110-001-0890, Provision 26.

$385,000 in federal funds was allocated for new translations and updates or revisions to translations completed in prior years. This report includes a detailed explanation of expenditures, payment rates, and documents translated by the Clearinghouse for Multilingual Documents during the 2009–10 fiscal year.
