State Schools Chief Jack O'Connell Addresses Parents,
Teachers, and Students at State PTA Convention

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O'Connell will offer brief remarks Thursday in Long Beach at the California State PTA's 109th annual convention. Approximately 4,000 participants representing Parent Teacher Associations and Parent Teacher Student Associations throughout the state are gathering to participate in training sessions.
