- Programs: Keeping summer school open.
- Class Sizes: More strict on class sizes, may cancel those without enough students
- Schools Closed: University and Meadows Schools
- Other: Counselor Access Reduced at Los Cerritos Middle School and Thousand Oaks High; Cuts to Travel and Conference Budgets, Organization Memberships, Child Nutrition Contributions, Supply Budgets, Secretarial Positions Eliminated; Eliminated 45 High School Coaching Stipends That May Result in Cancellation of Some Freshman Teams; Eliminate Custodial and Groundskeeper Positions, 1 Audiovisual Technician, Construction Supervisor, Clerk Typist. The special education teacher discretionary budget was also reduced by $30,000 and the classified training budget was cut by $5,000.
