Listing of State Board of Education approved training providers for English Learner Professional Development (ELPD).

Mathematics and Reading Professional Development SB 472

SB 472 provides incentive funding for professional development for kindergarten through grade twelve teachers. All teachers who have taken the 40-hour initial mathematics or reading professional development training are eligible for the English Learner Professional Development (ELPD) 40-hour follow-up training. Providers must be approved by the State Board of Education (SBE). CDE will not reimburse local educational agencies (LEAs) for the 40-hour ELPD follow-up training unless the providers are SBE approved.

Below is the current listing of ELPD training programs and the training providers that are approved to conduct the 40-hour SB 472 follow-up training.
