NOTE: Timelines are very dependent on your waiver request being error free, on the right forms, will all blanks filled in and with all attachments/plans as required by the type of waiver. The contact information must be correct so that CDE staff can reach the LEA to get all questions answered.
*The receipt of the waiver request by the date indicated in the first column, Due To: CDE Waiver Office..., (see below) does not guarantee that the waiver will be scheduled for the next board meeting indicated. Per EC Section 33052, CDE has two regular meetings to process general waivers once they are complete and fully documented. There is no time limit for specific waivers, and often this type of waiver request takes longer than two months to process.
