A presentation of the ways in which higher education ensures California has a well-educated Early Childhood Care and Education workforce to meet community needs and an opportunity for the Council and guests to explore ways in which higher education, the California Department of Education, Early Education and Support Division, and the California Department of Social Services can collaborate to meet shared goals of a workforce with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to enhance the development of California's young children.
