Periodically, monthly data will be removed
from the data collection system to keep the size of the database
manageable and to optimize the network's performance. Once removed,
it is no longer available for agencies to view or edit.
Data through November 2012 have been removed from the system. Users trying
to access this data will receive the following message:
"The cut-off date for entering CDD-801A
data for the selected report month/year has passed. CDD-801A data
may no longer be entered for the selected report month/year."
