CDMIS Updates: Issues #27–34

Issue #34: Released February 8, 2024

  • Provides instruction for contractors who are unable to “Copy Forward” their CDD-801A reports from December 2023 to January 2024.

Issue #33: Released January 29, 2024

  • Inform users of changes to the "Child Receives Part-Day Care" information field.

Issue #32: Released January 23, 2024

  • Inform users of two new reason codes, Reason Code U – California State Preschool Program (CSPP) Early Enrollment and Reason Code V – Means-Tested Government Program, added to the "Reason for Receiving Child Care Services" field.

Issue #31: Released December 28, 2023

  • Inform CDMIS users to begin reporting enrollment in the CDD-801A Report as of the December 2023 CDD-801A Report

Issue #30: Released January 18, 2023

  • Introduce CDMIS M&O Phase II Updates:
    • Updated features to the Update Agency Information function
    • Viewing CDMIS user account history
    • Monitoring report transaction history for CDD-801A, CDD-801B, and Subsidized Provider Report (SPR)
    • Additional viewing options to the CDD-801A submittal status
    • Updated processing features to the CDD-801A electronic file submission
    • Overall improvements to CDMIS user experience
  • CDMIS M&O Phase II Technical Assistance Webinar

  • Inform CSPP Contractors of the Preschool Language Information System (PLIS) and PLIS Report
  • Provide a data crosswalk of the PLIS Report of data fields with the CDD-801A Report
  • Inform users of a scheduled PLIS Technical Assistance webinar
