1. Welcome, Introductions, and Review Agenda - Camille Maben, Facilitator
2. Public Discussion - This agenda item is included for the purpose of giving anyone in attendance an opportunity to ask questions or discuss non-agenda items with members of the Advisory Committee. There will be a three-minute time limit per person.

5. Action Items - Action items include a presentation by Advisory Committee members, expert consultants, or staff; questions from the Advisory Committee, public input, closing of public input, and deliberation and voting by the Advisory Committee. During public input, there will be a three-minute time limit per person.
- Approve elements in California’s Quality Rating Improvement Structure – Request to approve refined elements and draft policy statements in California’s Quality Rating Structure (QRS). Elements to be discussed include:
- Ratios and Group Size for Family Child Care Homes (The criteria for centers were approved at the March 2 meeting.)

- Program Leadership which proposes using the Program Director’s qualifications as a proxy for the numerous components of leadership and administration.
