1. Welcome, Introductions, and Review Agenda - Camille Maben, Facilitator
2. Public Discussion - This agenda item is included for the purpose of giving anyone in attendance an opportunity to ask questions or discuss non-agenda items with members of the Advisory Committee. There will be a three-minute time limit per person.

5. Action Items - Action items include a presentation by Advisory Committee members, expert consultants, or staff; questions from the Advisory Committee, public input, closing of public input, and deliberation and voting by the Advisory Committee. During public input, there will be a three-minute time limit per person.
- Approve Staff Education, Experience, and Ongoing Professional Development for California’s Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS): Request to approve elements and draft policy statements in California’s QRIS. Options for QRS tiers and draft policy statements presented by Dave Gordon, Chairperson for Workforce and Professional Development and Incentives Subcommittee. Elements to be discussed include:

- QRS Staff Education and On-going Professional Development Element
- Delivery System for Workforce Education
- Compensation and QRIS Incentive Strategies
