Oversight and Selecting Criteria for the Pilot of CA QIS - Begin discussion and establish pros and cons for:
- Participation Criteria
- Define mandatory participation for all ECE programs
- Define the phase-in for public and private ECE programs
- Determine length of time a program stays on a tier
- Tier transition - program movement from one tier to another
- Selecting pilot participants and identifying who will staff the pilot
- Criteria for participant recruitment
- Determine criteria and selection process of pilot staff
- Developing the technical assistance criteria
- Identify the type and level of technical assistance
- Mentor criteria
- Selection criteria for technical assistance mentors
