The town hall will convene expert panelists to discuss the federal early learning landscape, current work to create a statewide Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS), local quality improvement efforts, and the Sacramento County Preschool Plan. Additionally, the public forum will gather recommendations for specific CAEL QIS subcommittees.
