1. Welcome, Introductions, and Review Agenda - Camille Maben, Facilitator

2. Public Discussion - This agenda item is included for the purpose of giving anyone in attendance an opportunity to ask questions or discuss non-agenda items with members of the Advisory Committee. There will be a three-minute time limit per person.

3. Comments from Advisory Committee Members

4. Action Items - Action items include a presentation by Advisory Committee members, expert consultants, or staff; questions from the Advisory Committee, public input, closing of public input, deliberation by the Advisory Committee, and voting by the Advisory Committee. During public input, there will be a three-minute time limit per person.

  1. Approve Decision-making Process for Advisory Committee – Request to formalize decision-making process to be used at Advisory Committee meetings.
