Funding Survey Login
Upon entering the survey, you will be asked to find your county, authorizing district and school. You will then enter your pin number. Pin numbers are six digits. Verify the information that is pre populated and correct if necessary. Enter any information that is not pre populated on the form. Once you finish and hit the submit button you will be unable to re-enter. If you feel you have any corrections to be made after submission, contact Nancy Todd at ntodd@cde.ca.gov .

Direct Funding Instructions
These instructions are for new charters and continuing charters changing their funding to direct. Help links from the online survey guide you to these instructions.
Certification Sheet
This sheet must be submitted by the new charters for certification of its annual daily attendance (a.d.a.) by the authorizing district and county superintendents. New charter schools completing the online survey will be able to download the certification sheet from the survey with all the a.d.a. pre populated on the form. Print the certification page, then forward to the authorizing district and county for certification.
