Funding Survey Login
Upon entering the survey, you will be asked to find your county, authorizing district and school. You will then enter your pin number. Pin numbers are six digits. Verify the information that is pre populated and correct if necessary. Enter any information that is not pre populated on the form. Once you finish and hit the submit button you will be unable to re-enter. If you feel you have any corrections to be made after submission, contact Kim Harris at kharris@cde.ca.gov.
