The California Department of Education (CDE) offered a free, one-day Web cast training for special education and general education personnel. Art Cernosia, Esq., a noted expert in federal special education law and regulations, provided the training. The IDEA 2004 and the IDEA 2006 Regulations Webcast (Outside Source) has links to the agenda, handouts, PowerPoint presentation materials, and videos.
