Dear Vendor Exhibitors:

2012 CALIFORNIA TITLE I CONFERENCE VENDOR EXHIBITS

You are cordially invited to participate in the Vendor Exhibit at the 2012 Title I Conference sponsored by the California Department of Education (CDE). Conference participants include teachers, parents, and administrators to provide a forum for sharing strategies for effective and innovative implementation of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act in schools and districts throughout the state.

The 2012 Title I Conference will be held September 27–28, 2012, at the San Diego Marriott Hotel. The Vendor Exhibit will take place in the Marina Ballroom Foyer. The first day exhibit is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the second day exhibit from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The Vendor Exhibit offers opportunities for key decision-makers from participating local educational agencies to review educational materials that support building a Title I foundation, engaging families and communities, innovating for access and equity, and strengthening teaching and learning. The Conference program will include time throughout the day for Conference participants to visit the exhibits located in the Marina Ballroom Foyer at the San Diego Marriott Hotel.

EXHIBIT SPACE IS LIMITED. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. There is a vendor registration fee for those wishing to participate. The cost is $500 for a 6-foot table. The same fee applies to each additional table. Payment forms will be sent after your reservation has been accepted. Payment will be due within seven days of notification of acceptance. If payment is not received within seven days of notification, the space will be made available to the next vendor. Racks, displays, etc. are to be confined to tabletops only. The exhibitor registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch on both days for one person.
