spc_cond	Char	2	Special Conditions (FF= School that had break in Title I funding but resumed taking Title I funds last year retains previous Program Improvement (PI) status and placement year (flip flop policy),P2= School lacks AYP data to evaluate PI status and placement during initial data release (P1) and is being held in former PI status and placement until AYP data becomes available (P2).)
