To be discussed and take action as necessary and appropriate:

  1. Welcome and Introductions

  2. Recommendations to the Superintendent on alternatives to the decile ranks as a method for determining eligibility, preference, or priority for statutory programs

  3. Recommendation to the Superintendent on a methodology to base the Academic Performance Index (API) on individual student level growth

  4. Options for incorporating graduation data into the API
