To be discussed and take action as necessary and appropriate:

  1. Welcome and Introductions

  2. Summary of the regional meetings and Webcast

  3. Review decisions and requests made at the April 23, 2013 meeting

  4. Review implementation timeline and proposed work plan

  5. Recommendations to the Superintendent on alternatives to the decile ranks as a method for determining eligibility, preference, or priority for statutory programs

  6. Recommendation to the Superintendent on a methodology for incorporating graduation data in the API
