Graduation Rate Only Schools

Any school in the Tier I or Tier II pools with a high school graduation rate below 60 percent in each of the last four years was identified as persistently lowest achieving.
Based upon the State Board of Education adopted Identification Criteria.

Note: A "minimum n" size of 100 is included in the Identification Criteria. California has not yet received approval from the U.S. Department of Education for the "minimum n," but is in the process of applying for approval through the waiver process.
