- All references to specific years have been modified to reflect the reporting of newer data.
National Assessment of Educational Progress Reading and Mathematics Results by Grade Level – All Students
- A definition has been added to describe the new table for National Assessment of Educational Progress test results for reading (2007) and mathematics (2009) by scale score and achievement level for grades four and eight.
National Assessment of Educational Progress Reading and Mathematics Results for Students with Disabilities and/or English Language Learners by Grade Level – All Students
- A definition has been added to describe the new table for National Assessment of Educational Progress test results for reading (2007) and mathematics (2009) for students with disabilities and/or English language learners by state and national participation rate for grades four and eight.
