Instructions for Downloading Title III Data Files

System requirements and downloading instructions for Title III Accountability data files.

NOTE: It is possible for electronic files to become corrupted during the downloading process. Once you have downloaded the file to your work station, please verify the data by checking it against the internet report data.

System Requirements for PC Users
  • PC computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows 7.
  • Database or spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, dBase, FoxPro, FileMaker Pro, SQL server 2000 or higher, etc.).
System Requirements for Mac Users
  • Macintosh computer running OS 8 or higher.
  • Database or spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, FileMaker Pro, FoxBase, SQL server 2000 or higher, etc.).
Downloading Instructions for PC Users
  1. Select the link for the file type that you will be using (DBF or ASCII).
  2. Save the data file to your workstation or PC.
