School Choice
All PI schools must provide all enrolled students the option to transfer to another school within the district that is not PI, with paid transportation.

Supplemental Educational Services
PI schools in Years 2 and above must provide supplemental educational services, or free tutoring, to low-income students enrolled in the school. LEAs, direct-funded charters, and schools that receive Title I, Part A funds face NCLB consequences as PI LEAs and schools for not meeting or exceeding the AYP requirements.
