2009-10 Cycle D Program Instruments

Program instruments contain program-specific federal and state legal requirements that will be tested during the monitoring process. They provide examples of evidence that may be used to demonstrate compliance.

Due to key changes to program requirements, such as those due to SBx3 4, ARRA or other notable changes in law, the number of programs participating in the CPM process for Cycle D has changed. As a result, below is the list of the program instruments that will be used. Please note that for any programs that are part of ARRA, those ARRA related requirements will be monitored through the related program instruments, such as the Title I Part A, Compensatory Education Instrument. Please also note that there will not be a separate Cross Program (CP) Instrument, instead, all items have been pulled from the CP Instrument and are now included in each appropriate program instrument.
