2009-10 Cycle C Program Instruments

Program instruments contain program-specific federal and state legal requirements that will be tested during the monitoring process. They provide examples of evidence that may be used to demonstrate compliance.

A select number of CPM programs will be part of these analysis-based categorical monitoring reviews: Title I Part A (Basic, Program Improvement and Compensatory Education), Title I Part C (Migrant), Title I Part D (Neglected or Delinquent [NorD]), Title X Part C (Homeless), Title II, Title III, including the state program for English learners, and the additional related funding sources under EIA (LEP & SCE) and ARRA (Title I, Homeless, SFSF). The relevant 2008–09 CPM instruments will be utilized as the primary source of requirements to be reviewed, including relevant portions of the Cross Program Instrument.
