Cohort 2 High Priority Schools Grant Program (HPSGP) – Implementation
The Guidance and Application document for Implementation Grants containing dates, requirements, resources, and forms. The implementation application is due Friday, January 12, 2007. Applications will be read and scored
January 16, 2007 through February 2, 2007.
Funding Approvals will be forwarded to the State Board of Education
in March 2007.
This page also contains required forms for schools in Cohorts 4 and 5 of the Comprehensive School Reform (CSR) Program converting to the HPSGP. The Letter of Intent for converting CSR schools was due September 15, 2006. A second invitation for planning grantees was due September 29, 2006.

2007-08 Final Expenditure Report Form (XLS; 138KB; 1p.)

Cohorts 1 and 2 HPSGP 2006-07 Funding
This Excel file contains the 2006-07 HPSGP grant recipients. The Cohort 1 HPSGP tab contains schools that received the final 20 percent deferred from 2002-03. The Cohort 2 HPSGP tab contains 507 schools that received full funding. Tab three contains 71 schools that converted from the Comprehensive School Reform (CSR) Program to Cohort 2 of the HPSGP.
2006-07 Final Expenditure Report Form (XLS; 245KB; 1p.)
The Final Expenditure Report form for Cohorts 1 and 2 of the HPSGP and Cohorts 1, 2, and 3 of the II/USP. The report was due August 31, 2007. The report must be submitted via U.S. mail with an original signature in blue ink. Carry-over into 2007-08 was permitted only for Cohort 2 HPSGP schools receiving implementation funds.
