WestEd, in collaboration with the California Department of Education (CDE), compiled a research database of schools and districts that were high priority (low performing) either due to being Program Improvement, or receiving HPSG, II/USP, or CSR funding but have been demonstrating success in improving student achievement. From these schools and districts, nine schools and three districts were selected to present during the On the Right Track 4 Symposium, April 17-19, 2006.
