Program activities and dates for the 2013 Classified School Employee of the Year (CSEY) Program.

Date	Activity
November 2012	The California Department of Education (CDE) disseminates nomination forms and instructions to county offices of education (COEs).
November 2012 - February 2013	COEs determine nominees.
March 25, 2013	Postmark deadline for COEs to submit nominations to the CDE.
March - April 2013	State selection committee reviews nomination forms and selects semifinalists.
April 2013	The State Superintendent of Public Instruction notifies the awardees.
April 2013	The CDE announces the Classified School Employee of the Year awardees.
May 20-24, 2013	Classified School Employee Week.
May 23, 2013	Awardees are honored at an event in Sacramento hosted by the CDE and event sponsors during Classified School Employee Week.
